This cozy beach apartment is a fully furnished space on the first floor of a modern building overlooking the tropical garden and radiant pool. Built with a secured perimeter wall with controlled access: a 24-hour guard, a closed-circuit camera system, a staffed concierge office, controlled parking with surveillance and elevators, plus a shared gazebo with poolside grills that you can reserve.
