This apartment is equipped with a fantastic private cold water Picuzzi on the terrace of your apartment that you will love, especially during the hot summer months!

The layout has a cozy layout, with the master bedroom having a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom also has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom. You will also find a double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware for up to 8 people.

Bedding and towels are custom made for us from the highest quality cotton.
In the bathrooms, we put a welcome pack so you don't have to worry about it on your first night. Shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, and toilet paper are provided to help you on your first day so you can relax.

We also provide a 5 gallon bottle of water on arrival for all of our guests.

There is air conditioning in all areas as well as ceiling fans.

Smart TV's with IPTV system in the room and main room and Wi-Fi service included in the rental cost.
The residential has security and surveillance cameras 24 hours a day.

The Los Corales area, where this apartment is located, is the best known of Bávaro Punta Cana, with more than 50 restaurants within walking distance of the residential area that will guarantee you an excellent culinary experience and always something to do at night.

PARKING: Underground parking with 24/7 security is available at US $ 10.00 per day. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

ELECTRICITY: The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. If you use the A / C only at night, the costs should be roughly as follows:

1 room from 5 to 10 dollars per day.
2 rooms from 8 to 15 dollars per day.
3 rooms from $ 11 to $ 20 per day.

The Check-Out cleaning is included in your rate. However, if you would like an extra cleaning service, we are happy to provide it at an additional cost of US$55.00, which includes a full linen change. Only cleaning, without linen change, is US$40.00 and only linen change is US$25.00
